The per player cost for different groups, teams or activity may differs based on the number of individuals in the group, the length of the season, and concussion rate for the activity. Please contact for a complimentary quote.
Cancellation Policy
The fee for missed appointments, or cancellations without 12 hours notice will be $20.00. The fee will be due upon the following visit and before continuing treatment.
